This orchid has an amazing night time fragrance. In their native growing areas the strong amazing smell is to attract moths! A primary hybrid between Brasovola nodosa (Mexico) and subulifolia (Jamaica). Perhaps one of the best orchids to try if you want to venture out to something new as they seem to grow and flower even easier than the typical Phalaenopsis! In addition, this is a fantastic plant mounted!

Plant care:
This type of orchid likes bright light. Growing them mounted means they will dry out more quickly, so be aware that they might want water as often as daily! (It's easiest to dunk them in a bucket. Occasionally you can leave them there for 5-10 minutes to soak up water.) Fertilize them regularly while they are growing.

These are fairly easy orchids to grow. They are pretty forgiving of neglect, low humidities, and other forms of "abuse". You can also grow impressively large specimens fairly quickly.
